Here are a few RV tips to get you through your next vacation and turn you into the pro RVer you were always meant to be.

Look for Wasted Space

Today’s RVs comes with tons of cabinet space and storage, but look hard enough and you will see that there is also wasted space that can be taken advantage of. Depending on the shape and spacing of your wasted space you might be able to reclaim it through the use of baskets or various storage doodads that are made for unique spaces. Check out various home care stores to see what’s available or check online. Another great place to peruse is the dollar store. You’d be shocked at what you can find for a total steal.

The inside of your cabinet doors actually have more potential than you think. Attach some corkboard to the inside of each door and use that as the place where you pin recipes and other culinary inspiration. You’ll avoid having to bring along cookbooks and will have easy access to all your recipes.

Keep your Black Tank Squeaky Clean

Your black tank can get pretty icky, but keeping it squeaky clean is as easy as buying a couple of bags of ice and emptying them in the tank before you go to drain it. The motion of the ice shifting around helps scrape the walls and in a short bit of time the ice will melt and just drain out with everything else.
